Community Centers

UCSD's three campus community centers

The three community centers on campus are the Cross-Cultural Center, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Resource Center, and the Women's center.

The combined work of the Campus Community Centers is fostered by the UCSD Principles of Community which supports a climate of fairness, cooperation, and professionalism for all at UCSD. The specific mission of each Campus Community Center focuses its individual endeavors towards social justice and inclusion, and combine to create a synergy of improving climate. The educational, research, and service missions of the university can only be fulfilled when diversity is seamlessly interwoven into an integrated experience. It is valuing differences and recognizing commonalities that enegrize and drive the overall work of the Campus Community Centers.

The OGS Graduate Community Coordinator works with each of the centers to create programming for graduate students.
