Looking for apartment/sublet beginning Aug. 1

Hi all,
I will be starting graduate school at UCSD in the fall and am looking for a place to live. My fiance and I currently live in Chicago and are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment to move into around August 1st. Preferably, we'd like a place we can rent for the whole year, but are also interested in short-term sublets to move into while we look for more permanent housing. We are very neat, responsible, and always pay our bills on time. We also have two adorable cats that we will be bringing with us to San Diego. Please let me know if you have an apartment available or would like more information about us.

Hello,

I am an incoming UCSD Visual Arts Grad student that is looking for housing in the fall (September / August Flexible). I will be moving from New York and will have very fresh driving skills. Ideally I am looking for a one bedroom or a studio that is close to UCSD campus. I am a flexible and respectful person who is looking for a simple place that is tranquil. As I will be only moving here temporarily, a sublet for a period of 1 year would be great, fully furnished (although not absolutely necessary). I don’t smoke or have pets. I like plants and am very responsible with paying bills on time and utilities. I am prefer to spend my time in a mature environment that is low key and tidy. I like solitude, although when I do party, I prefer to have it outside and control my living environment to a peaceful sanctuary.

if you or anyone you know is looking to sublet (a PhD, Grad Student or Faculty member would be ideal), I am very interested to housesit/ sublet for a period of time. Please feel free to contact me with questions.

My name is Michael, I am 29 years old German PhD student in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science. I will be visiting UCSD from June 12th to September 28th as a short-term research scholar. I am a non-smoker, clean, quiet and respectful person.

My name is Janice and I am a UC Berkeley student. I just graduated and
am going to UCSD for 2 months this summer to do research in the Mechanical
and Aerospace Engineering department. I will be staying from end of June
to end of August (2 months). (6/29 to 8/28)

I am very clean, quiet and considerate. I am Chinese female and I am going
to work during the day on the weekdays. I've stayed at South Mesa
apartments before for research last Christmas. I stay in the apartment
only for sleep at night and work sometimes even during the weekends.
Usually I just stay in the room and I keep everything quiet and clean!

I can pay rent at the beginning of each month either by cash or check.
Please let me know if I am a good fit for your apartment and if you have
