I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment from May 1,2009 until mid-late September 2009 (flexible).

The apartment is located at Crown Point right next to the UCSD Bird Refuge. The jogging path going around Mission Bay starts close by, and grocery stores and the park are within walking distance. There is a nicely furnished rooftop patio where you can see the Sea World fireworks every night. Neighbors are friendly, but not noisy.

The apartment itself is a nicely proportioned clean furnished studio. There is a full-sized kitchen. A twin bed, L-sectional couch, worktable and dining nook take up some floor space, but overall, it is pretty airy and spacious.

I taking some time off from school, but would like to move back in and start class when fall rolls around. I'm looking for someone clean and responsible to take over the lease for a few months. It's a great area and a deal at $750/mo. There is also the possibility of using my surfboards and motorcycle if someone surfs and/or and has a motorcycle license.

I have a fully furnish apartment in One Miramar that I am looking to sublet from mid-June through mid-September. While the rent is 594 a month, if any one is interested in taking the place for the whole three months I would be willing to seriously negotiate the rent. It is a cute two bedroom, very homey and comfortable, and really quiet since it is on the 4th floor. The other roommate will only be around half of the summer (when she is around she is lovely!), so you would even have the place to yourself for a good chunk of time. I would like to sublet my apartment or two months over the summer, and although the rent will cost me $1200 I am only asking $1000.

I have a place at One Miramar apartments, and I will be out of the country from June 23rd to August 26th. The apartment is 4303, on the third floor of building 4. I have been to other Miramar units, and by comparison this apartment is breezy and quiet. We have wireless service, but no cable TV and no analog phone lines. The apartment is conveniently located near the UCSD free shuttle service bus stop, with shuttles every 15 minutes to campus during the week. My roommate will be here all summer, and she does not smoke nor drink and she cannot live with animals. Either men or women would be welcome.

Actually Spacious One Miramar Apartment sublet (July-September)

Because of my own outrageous good luck, I have a significantly larger-than-normal (really!) apartment in the One Miramar complex (It's the B1 floorplan, with the wonderful open kitchen space as well) that I'm looking to sublet from around July 7 to the end of August. Fully furnished with desk, bookshelves, double bed etc, fully stocked kitchen, patio with gas grill, friendly roommate, cable TV and wireless internet. West-facing windows let you watch the sun set.

Full rent is around 600, but that's negotiable.

My wife and I will be moving out of state before our contract is up at One Miramar St. In order to recoupe some of our sunk cost, we are making our apartment available at a greatly reduced price.
