Congrats to all of you.

We have a spot in our house at 736 Fern Glen in downtown La Jolla near the high school and about 5-10 minutes from the med school. It is a house that has been in the med school for some time now and the rent is very reasonable. If you are looking for a brand new house that is spic and span this is not it. Most all of us surf and enjoy the great outdoors. There are only guys but if you are a girl that is not bothered by that then proceed.

I am in the class of 2011 and the other roommates are in the class of 2010.

My name is Claudio, and I have a room available starting in September. I live in the One Miramar Street graduate housing, which is brand new and opened last year.

I am looking for a clean, friendly, and organized roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment (only one person please). I am fairly clean, and I like my apartment to be clean too. I also cannot live with pets of any kind. There is a shuttle that runs to campus from the complex and on-site washer / dryer.

The rent is $650 a month, and utilities are about $20 a month.

My name is Sabrina, my husband and I will have a two-bedroom apartment available from July 1st at One Miramar graduate housing. We are moving out at the end of June and wish to find a couple (one must be UCSD graduate student) or two UCSD graduate students to take over our lease (your move-in date is flexible).

The apartment rent is $1227/month and the floor plan can be found at http://hds.ucsd.edu/onemiramar/ (floor plan A). The apartment is conveniently located near the UCSD free bus stop, with shuttles every 15 minutes to campus during the week.

My roommate will be moving out before fall quarter starts and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom at One Miramar apartment in building 4, third floor. Rent is approximately $630 + internet/electricity. You would have to be a UCSD graduate student to qualify.

The surrounding is clean and quiet and you get to have your own room while we would share 2 split bathrooms. The laundry is conviniently located on the first floor, and the UCSD shuttle line is right downstairs. You also get a free parking permit.

About me: I am easy-going, clean, and quiet, and I'm looking for someone who is the same.
I prefer to not have pets in the apartment.

Ideally the move-in date is around Sept. 21 since that is when my roommate has moved out, but it is also flexible.
