Congrats to all of you.

We have a spot in our house at 736 Fern Glen in downtown La Jolla near the high school and about 5-10 minutes from the med school. It is a house that has been in the med school for some time now and the rent is very reasonable. If you are looking for a brand new house that is spic and span this is not it. Most all of us surf and enjoy the great outdoors. There are only guys but if you are a girl that is not bothered by that then proceed.

I am in the class of 2011 and the other roommates are in the class of 2010.

There is a room for rent in our house at 736 Fern Glen, La jolla, CA. The room is large and has its own bathroom. The house has a brick patio area as a back yard. There is a community kitchen, dining room and living room. The house is older but it has personality. The room is 735 a month (not including utilities) and has the capacity for two people easily. December 1st is desired, but anytime before then is great too.

There are 4 other roommates including myself. Three of the roommates are in medical school at UCSD and one is an engineer. We are all busy but we like to have a good time when we have it.

We all surf and have a lot of storage space if you have the need. We are a short walk away from Windansea beach and the other beaches in the la jolla area. We are also a walk from the shack and a long walk from Jack's. If you like tennis we are right next to the tennis courts at La jolla high school as well as the track and field.

We are looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful and ideally vegetarian/vegan, but not strictly required. We also have two awesome, well-behaved cats, but the UCSD rules allow no more pets in the apartment.

M or F UCSD grad student roommate wanted for move in the weekend of June 6 in a 2 BR 1 BA apartment at North Mesa. The contract from UCSD will be a two-year fixed term lease. I will probably be finishing up in mid-March at which point you can find someone or have someone assigned to move in with you. Your lease is guaranteed for two years.

I am looking for someone who is very clean (ie. extremely clean if you are a dude), discrete, and considerate. Drop me a line if you are interested.
The rent (at least current per the UCSD website) is 403.50/month, with electricity and internet it comes out to around 440-450/month. Parking spots are provided, however you will need a parking pass if you drive to campus.

There may be some flexibility about which room you take, a $700 small room, an $800 medium room and a $1000 master bedroom with own bath are all possibily available. Everything is completely 70-620 exam furnished; there is storage in the garage :)

My name is Claudio, and I have a room available starting in September. I live in the One Miramar Street graduate housing, which is brand new and opened last year.

I am looking for a clean, friendly, and organized roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment (only one person please). I am fairly clean, and I like my apartment to be clean too. I also cannot live with pets of any kind. There is a shuttle that runs to campus from the complex and on-site washer / dryer.

The rent is $650 a month, and utilities are about $20 a month.

My roommate will be moving out before fall quarter starts and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom at One Miramar apartment in building 4, third floor. Rent is approximately $630 + internet/electricity. You would have to be a UCSD graduate student to qualify.

The surrounding is clean and quiet and you get to have your own room while we would share 2 split bathrooms. The laundry is conviniently located on the first floor, and the UCSD shuttle line is right downstairs. You also get a free parking permit.

About me: I am easy-going, clean, and quiet, and I'm looking for someone who is the same.
I prefer to not have pets in the apartment.

Ideally the move-in date is around Sept. 21 since that is when my roommate has moved out, but it is also flexible.
