Hi,

I'm a second yr med student and my housing plans just fell through….so I'm looking for a roommate
to share a 2 bedroom apartment at One Miramar. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has an extended balcony. Rent is $620/month plus utilities, and you can move in ASAP. Only USCD grad students are eligible and I am specifically looking for a female roomate .

About me: I am serious about my schoolwork, but I am also social and like to spend time with friends.
Also, I like to keep my apartment fairly neat. I'm looking for a roomate who shares these qualities.

If you're interested, please email me and tell me a little about yourself.

Hey there new Tritons,

Hey New Tritons,

We just had 2 rooms open up in our house for next year, you'd be living with 2 male + 2 female fun, charming, entertaining, physically attractive, and humble second year med students.

Ideal location less than 2 miles from school and walking distance from grocery/drug stores. All living areas are fully furnished with 2 car garage, full size washer and dryer, big screen TV, couches, hammock, fire pit, patio grill, gym quality treadmill, too many surfboards, and my roommate Fuj. He knows magic tricks.

Rent is only $660/month with free, easy to find parking, and you can move in whenever you'd like.
Come take advantage of our vast, second year knowledge of classes/instructors/life/love.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any pictures of the house, but even better, here are some pictures of your future roommates. My photoshopping skills have been described as "spectacular."

Hi!

My roommate will be moving out before fall quarter starts and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom at One Miramar apartment in building 4, third floor. Rent is approximately $630 + internet/electricity. You would have to be a UCSD graduate student to qualify.

The surrounding is clean and quiet and you get to have your own room while we would share 2 split bathrooms. The laundry is conviniently located on the first floor, and the UCSD shuttle line is right downstairs. You also get a free parking permit.

About me: I am easy-going, clean, and quiet, and I'm looking for someone who is the same.
I prefer to not have pets in the apartment.

Ideally the move-in date is around Sept. 21 since that is when my roommate has moved out, but it is also flexible.

Email or call if you are interested!

Hello,

I'm an incoming male grad student looking to live on-campus (or very nearby, i.e. biking distance). I'd prefer to live in the Mesas and move in during the first couple weeks in September, but I'm flexible. I'm clean, friendly, fun, and know my way around a kitchen. I don't smoke, don't have pets (but I'm cool with them), not loud, no crazy habits. I'll be in town next week, so if you have something available that I can check out or if you want to meet, please let me know! My email is moc.liamg|jktikna#moc.liamg|jktikna.

Thanks,
Ankit

Hi, everyone!

I'm new here and I am really excited to see all of this language learning activity! I'm a native english speaker with pretty good German skills. I'm looking to learn Mandarin and Latin American Spanish and to keep up my German. I'm willing to teach German and help non-native speakers to improve their English… I could possibly be the ESL coordinator if no one else steps up. Call me if you want to set up a 1-on-1 outside of the meetups: 419.787.9577. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you around at one of the above meetups! :o)

Hello, Hope y'all are enjoying the summer!

I'm a 2nd year grad student at UCSD in the International Relations/ Pacific Studies program.
I'll be interning in Korea for the summer, and am looking for a place for the upcoming year
starting on Spetember 26th, if possible. I plan on staying until the end of June/ July.

I'm a relaxed and peaceable roomate, and usually prefer quite evenings to boisterous parties.
My personal space sometimes accumulates books and papers, but i'm pretty good at keeping the common areas clean.
Hopefully i can find a place within shuttle distance of campus for under or around $600.

If anyone has any questions or open spots, just let me know at ude.dscu|nosnevej#ude.dscu|nosnevej
Thanks, and hope you have a great day!!

Jonathan

Congrats to all of you.

We have a spot in our house at 736 Fern Glen in downtown La Jolla near the high school and about 5-10 minutes from the med school. It is a house that has been in the med school for some time now and the rent is very reasonable. If you are looking for a brand new house that is spic and span this is not it. Most all of us surf and enjoy the great outdoors. There are only guys but if you are a girl that is not bothered by that then proceed.

I am in the class of 2011 and the other roommates are in the class of 2010.

Email me if you are interested and include a small description of yourself:

Hi!

I am looking for housing beginning this August. I was recently admitted to the UCSD School of Medicine while traveling abroad and am trying desperately so sort everything out from abroad (ireland, spain, italy and london). I am a 23 year old female nonsmoker who works extremely hard but also loves to run on the beach and swim as a means of outlet. I love music, reading, dancing, photography, guitar and conversing on a diverse array of topics. For the past year I worked full-time as a general/organic chemsitry instructor for a tutorial program at UCSB and have learned to establish a balance between working hard academically and taking care of myself mentally, physically and emotionally.

I am looking for a place with my own room but with room/housemates with similar interests and work ethic. I hope to hear from someone soon!

Hello =)
we are a vegan couple sharing a room in Central Mesa (both of us are on the lease). We are looking for a new vegetarian/vegan female roommate who can move in at the beginning of August. We are looking for someone who's mindful, respectful and clean; someone who brings a positive energy in our household and someone who's cat friendly.
The rent is about 430$ + electricity and internet bill (gas is included in the rent).
If this is you, we'd love to meet you!

I have a nicely furnished bedroom at One Miramar that is currently available for the summer until mid-September. The apartment has a city view, cable tv, wireless internet, is fully furnished with all kitchen appliances, has available parking downstairs and is near the Mesa Shuttle for campus access. My roommate is clean, friendly, and will be doing research over the summer, so you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time. Official rent is $615 but will consider negotiating. Please email ude.dscu|adiavohm#ude.dscu|adiavohm if interested and I would be happy to provide more info.

I have an available room this summer from starting from the end of June, although the move-in date is flexible. It is a single room in a two bedroom apartment very close to campus (20 minute walk or 10 minute free bus ride to UCSD), located at One Miramar Apartments: http://hds.ucsd.edu/onemiramar/
The rent is about $600 each month plus no more than $15 for internet and electricity.

My current roommate is leaving for the entire summer, and the room is completely furnished, but we can remove some stuff so you can have more space. The apartment is quite new, clean, and since I'm on-campus most of the time during the day, it is also very quiet.

Feel free to email at me ude.dscu|udj#ude.dscu|udj or call me at (925)330-7794. I would be happy to answer any questions you have.
